Responsabilidades:
  • Asistir al Gerente de Piezas con las actividades diarias y la gestión de inventario.
  • Mantener un excelente servicio al cliente en cada interacción.
  • Realizar pedidos de piezas a proveedores y crear órdenes de compra internamente.
  • Interactuar con los clientes sobre sus pedidos por teléfono y correo electrónico.
  • Ayudar a mantener la apariencia profesional del departamento de piezas.
  • Colaborar con el almacenamiento y la publicación de pedidos al llegar para agilizar la entrega a los técnicos del taller y cuentas mayoristas.
  • Mantener una apariencia profesional.
  • Otras tareas según se asignen.
Calificaciones:
  • Título de secundaria o GED de una institución acreditada.
  • Fuerte comprensión de las piezas automotrices.
  • Alto nivel de motivación, energía y una actitud enfocada en el cliente.
  • Se requiere licencia de conducir válida.
  • Capacidad para enfocarse en producir trabajo de calidad.
  • Habilidad para comunicarse en persona y por teléfono.
  • Capacidad para levantar un mínimo de 50 libras.
