Breakfast Attendant

We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Attendant to join our team at Stonebridge Companies. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized breakfast area.

• Provide personalized service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Regularly communicate and converse with guests, building rapport and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Prepare food and beverages according to recipe, adhering to food safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized breakfast area, replenishing buffet items as needed.
• Respond quickly to guest requests, following up to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain regular attendance, adhering to work schedules and standards.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Must speak proficient English.

The work environment is indoor, with minimal to moderate noise levels consistent with a hotel environment.

The position requires standing more than 2/3 of the time, walking more than 2/3 of the time, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
