Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing a positive first impression of our dealership.
  • Accurately process all customer payments, including cash, credit cards, and checks, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Extend the highest level of courtesy and friendliness to every customer, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Follow all credit card and check acceptance policies, maintaining a secure and efficient payment processing environment.
  • Close all repair orders in a timely fashion, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist all associates in providing our customers with an excellent level of service experience, fostering a positive and supportive team environment.
  • Notify the Service Manager of any concerns that may hinder or prevent a customer from having a positive service experience.
  • Accurately account for all service revenues and receipts every day, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Verify that every customer understands the work completed and the charges for service, ensuring transparency and clarity.
  • Provide prompt and efficient handling of work activities requested by the Service Manager, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
