COMPENSATION
  • $21+ per hour (base pay plus tips)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Greet and assist customers with a friendly demeanor
  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and food items
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service
  • Maintain knowledge of menu offerings
  • Develop skills in beverage preparation
  • Contribute positively to the team environment
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by management

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn about specialty coffee
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
