Position Summary: We are in search of a talented Cabinetry Woodworker to contribute to our projects. In this role, you will be tasked with creating premium custom cabinetry that meets specific designs and requirements. A solid grasp of woodworking methods, meticulous attention to detail, and a dedication to producing both functional and visually appealing cabinetry are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to grasp project needs.
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials utilizing woodworking tools and machinery.
  • Install cabinetry and woodwork on-site, ensuring proper alignment and functionality.
  • Engage with the Cabinetry Team Lead and colleagues to review project specifics, offer insights, and resolve any issues.
  • Maintain a tidy and safe work environment, adhering to company guidelines.
  • Experience in constructing face frame, inset, and European-style cabinets.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as a cabinetry woodworker or in a related role within a woodworking shop or cabinet-making environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Proficient in operating woodworking tools and equipment, including saws, drills, sanders, and routers.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and precision in measurements and craftsmanship.
  • Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively, with strong time management abilities.
  • Physical endurance and strength to handle heavy materials and equipment.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, clients, and contractors.
  • A positive mindset and eagerness to acquire new skills and techniques.
  • Prior experience in custom cabinetry and furniture-making.
  • Familiarity with various wood types, finishes, and their characteristics.

Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday, with overtime as necessary
Compensation: Based on experience
