We are seeking a skilled Host to join our team in Chester, Montgomery, and Delaware Counties. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience.
Responsibilities:- Greet guests and seat them at tables or in waiting areas
- Provide guests with menus and inform them of current promotions
- Assign patrons to tables suitable for their needs and according to rotation
- Manage the flow of guests into the dining and bar areas
- Operate cash registers to accept payments for food and beverages
- Previous restaurant hosting or serving experience preferred
- Friendly and customer-focused personality
- Ability to articulate clear greetings and farewells to guests
- Ability to communicate guests' needs to Servers, Bussers, and Managers
