Deliver High-Quality Patient Care

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our skilled nursing team as a Regional Float CNA. As a member of our float pool, you will have the opportunity to work at multiple affiliated skilled nursing centers within a geographic area, building a flexible schedule that suits your needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
  • Perform various patient care activities and related non-professional services essential to caring for the personal needs and comfort of our patients.
  • Work a minimum of two (2) shifts a week, including every other weekend or full-time hours, depending on open shifts.

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the spoken English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors.
  • Basic knowledge of computers or willingness to learn.
