We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Class A CDL Driver to join our team at Kroger Delivery in Dallas. As a Regional Class A CDL Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods from our fulfillment center to delivery locations by following prescribed routes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a tractor-trailer combination to transport goods safely and efficiently
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle is in good working condition
  • Load and unload merchandise at delivery locations, using dollies, electric or manual pallet jacks, and refrigeration units as needed
  • Check refrigeration units for malfunctions and submit reports indicating truck condition
  • Deliver merchandise to customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Adhere to corporate and departmental safety standards, as well as federal and state regulations
Requirements
  • Valid Class A CDL license
  • Ability to operate a tractor-trailer combination safely and efficiently
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull merchandise as needed
  • Ability to work varied schedules, including nights and weekends
  • Ability to travel independently
  • Pass a background check and drug screen
Preferred Qualifications
  • Verifiable driving experience
  • Knowledge of Kroger Delivery's safety policies and procedures
