Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Job Summary:

The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for assessing patients' medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions, and developing a treatment plan to improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to assess their medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions.
  • Establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals determined according to the patient's capacity and tolerance under the direction of the Physician.
  • Set realistic and achievable goals for patients, document and record their condition, and educate patients and families in an appropriate occupational therapy method.
  • Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
Requirements:
  • Must have graduated from an accredited school.
  • Current state license as an Occupational Therapist or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Provide skilled occupational therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders.
