Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and control production processes, including tooling and equipment validation.
  • Validate design specifications and shop floor application of new products, tools, or equipment.
  • Assist cross-functional teams in resolving manufacturing process problems through root cause analysis and permanent corrective actions.
  • Utilize lean-manufacturing principles to improve process capability, reduce costs, and increase capacity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Aerospace, or Materials preferred).
  • 5-10 years of experience in Defense and Aerospace manufacturing.
  • Desire to work on shop floor and focus on continuous improvements.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with electro-mechanical manufacturing processes.
  • Background in engineering drawings (SolidWorks), specifications, and manufacturing processes.
  • Knowledge of AS9100/AS9110, IPC-A-610, and J-STD-001.
  • Strong understanding of Lean Principles.
  • Experience with CNC programming and operation.
