Job Description

A Hospitality Ambassador is needed to provide exceptional service to guests and customers in a fast-paced environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-class customer service to internal and external customers
  • Process guest reservations, registrations, payments, departures, and answer switchboard calls
  • Partners with internal and external services to ensure positive experiences for guests

Requirements:

  • No prior experience required, but a high school diploma or equivalent is necessary
  • Possess excellent communication skills and be able to verbally communicate in a professional manner
  • Able to read, understand, and apply Chickasaw Nation rules, regulations, policies, and procedures

Salary Range:$18-$20 per hour (estimated)
