We are seeking a skilled Floor Tech to join our team at Healthcare Services Group. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

**Responsibilities**

* Perform floor maintenance tasks, including dusting, wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, extraction, and bonneting of hard surface and carpeted areas
* Complete assigned cleaning areas according to schedule
* Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables
* Recycle soiled linen from units

**Requirements**

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
