• Implement selected components of care and interventions in a technically competent manner
• Provide skilled intervention to improve patient functional independence
• Communicate effectively with families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain timely and thorough documentation of services in the medical record

• Associate's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• At least two years of clinical experience in a relevant field
• Active licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant
