Position Overview
Advocate Health is seeking a skilled Endocrinologist to enhance our physician-led medical group, providing exceptional care to patients in the North Illinois region. This role is based at Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital, with the flexibility to work at an outreach clinic in South Elgin.

Key Responsibilities
  • Primary clinic located within Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital, with an outreach option available.
  • Opportunity to contribute to the growth of the Endocrinology service line.
  • Collaborate with an experienced Endocrinologist serving the North Illinois patient population.
  • Focus exclusively on Endocrinology, with an outpatient practice and optional inpatient care.
  • Support staff will include Advanced Practice Clinicians and Certified Diabetes Educators.
  • Utilize EPIC EMR for patient management.
  • Attractive starting salary with a structured ongoing compensation model.

Qualifications
  • Completion of Endocrinology Fellowship training is required.
