- Collaborate with primary care physicians and the population health team to ensure patients receive appropriate care
- Contribute to a safe and therapeutic environment that prioritizes patient needs and comfort
- Treat patients with respect and dignity, considering their individual needs and circumstances
- Masters Degree in Nursing (Required)
- 1 Year experience in a clinical specialty practice (Preferred)
- 2 Years experience as a nurse practitioner (Preferred)
- General experience in Radiology (Preferred)
- Experience in an outpatient/ambulatory setting (Preferred)
- General experience with EPIC EMR (Preferred)
- CRNP - PA Cert Reg Nurse Practitioner (Required)
- RN-LIC - PA Registered Nurse License (Required)
- PRX-AUTH - Prescriptive Authority (Required)
- BLS - Basic Life Support (Required)
