Physician Assistant in ENT and Allergy Care

Align ENT & Allergy seeks a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant to join our clinical team in South Central Connecticut. As a key member of our staff, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the growth of our practice.
**Job Responsibilities:**
* Evaluate and treat patients with ENT conditions, including pediatric and adult cases
* Perform various ENT procedures, such as fiberoptic scope exams and drainage abscesses
* Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
* Administer medications and refill prescriptions according to practice protocols
* Order and collect specimens for laboratory tests
* Coordinate patient referrals to other healthcare providers and facilities
* Maintain accurate medical records and EMR systems
* Other duties as assigned by physician or practice administrator
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
* Graduate of a Physician Assistant Program accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant, Inc.
* Current licensure as a Physician Assistant in the State of Connecticut
* Board certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
* Current AHA BLS certification
* Registration with the United States Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) for scheduled II-V Controlled Substances if prescribing controlled substances
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong leadership qualities
