- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card sales, and returns.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and organized store.
- Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management, ensuring that the store is visually appealing and well-stocked.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and safety protocols.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and move merchandise as needed.
