Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Special Education Instructor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing individualized education plans, providing targeted instruction, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure student success.
Key Responsibilities- Instructional Planning: Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students, incorporating accommodations for learning style differences and reflecting the requirements of the district's curriculum program.
- Student Assessment: Conduct ongoing assessments of student achievement through formal and informal testing, analyzing performance data to inform instruction and make data-driven decisions.

- Education: Bachelor's Degree required.

- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse populations, and proficiency in using technology to support instruction.
