We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician to join our team in Ohio. This exciting opportunity is available in the field of Critical Care Pulmonology, where you will have the chance to make a meaningful impact on patient care.

As a member of our team, you can expect:

Salary and Benefits:

Our competitive salary package includes a base salary of $**$300,000/year**, with additional incentives for outstanding performance. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan with employer match.

Work Environment:

You will be working at a large acute care non-profit hospital located between Cleveland and Akron area, with several clinics affiliated with the hospital. This provides an excellent opportunity to practice in different environments and work with a diverse range of patients.

Job Details:

  • This is an employed position with scheduling, coding, and lab services handled by the Hospital staff.
  • You will have the opportunity to earn a sign-on bonus and participate in a RVU-based bonus program.
  • The Hospital offers visa sponsorship and loan repayment under HPSA at some locations.
  • You will receive 30 days of PTO per year, as well as 5 days of CME time.

Requirements:

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:

  • A medical degree and relevant certification.
  • Experience in Critical Care Pulmonology or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
