We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Providence St. Joseph Medical Center in Polson, MT. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve their maximum potential and improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients to identify their occupational therapy needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients, including exercises, activities, and education to promote independence and functional ability.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Education to qualify for Occupational Therapist licensure.
- Montana Occupational Therapist License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year of OT experience.
