We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Prep Crew Member/Flex Position to join our team at Tropical Smoothie Cafe. As a key member of our back of house team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and freshness of our ingredients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining daily preparations and deliveries
  • Wash, peel, slice, trim, chop, and grate fruit and vegetables
  • Measure, weigh, and mix a wide variety of ingredients
  • Ensure ingredients are stored and rotated effectively to optimize freshness
  • Collaborate with the Management team to ensure brand compliance
  • Perform front of house duties as needed
  • Sort and stock products
  • Maintain cleanliness in the Back of House
  • Promptly unload trucks and deliveries
  • Receive and store incoming products in a timely manner
  • Follow established procedures to label, track, and stock items properly
  • Ensure accurate product counts as needed
