IES Commercial, Inc. - C&I Division is seeking a skilled Electrical Lineworker to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for the construction, installation, maintenance, and repair of electric transmission and distribution lines.

• Construct, install, maintain, and repair electric transmission and distribution lines
• Provide safety and on-the-job training to helpers and apprentices
• Stay up-to-date with the latest electrical distribution and transmission line construction techniques and technologies
• Comply with all company and customer safety policies and procedures
• Travel as required for work assignments

• Successful completion of an accredited Journeyman Lineman program or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of recent experience in transmission and/or distribution line construction
• Supervisory experience and ability to assist foremen with daily tasks
• Class A or B CDL or ability to obtain
• Pass DOT physicals and drug tests as required
• Pass pre-employment drug test and MVR check
