Position Overview: Tact Staff is actively seeking a skilled travel nurse RN specializing in the Emergency Department (ED) to join our team.

- Shift Length: 12 hours
- Employment Type: Travel
Role Summary: Our Emergency Department RNs are essential in providing immediate care to patients in critical situations. They must be adept at managing a variety of emergency cases, ensuring that patients receive timely and effective treatment. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to assess patients swiftly, addressing both physical and mental health needs while prioritizing care based on urgency.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 18 months of nursing experience in an ED setting.
- Recent ED experience within the last six months.
- Strong clinical knowledge and analytical skills to develop effective nursing care plans.
- Proficient in a wide range of nursing services.
- Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
Preferred Qualifications: Not applicable. BLS certification from AHA and NIHSS certification required. Availability for night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, every other weekend, and 3 out of 6 holidays.
