Job Summary

Congressional Country Club is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Banquet Server to join our team. As a Banquet Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our events by providing exceptional service to our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with our events team to execute a variety of events, including buffets, plated meals, and a la carte dining.
  • Use a cocktail tray to serve beverages and clear empty glasses, ensuring a seamless and efficient service experience.
  • Empower our members and guests by resolving any complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in closing functions by performing tasks such as removing linen, busing glasses, dishes, and silverware, and re-setting the room.
  • Contribute to the setup and breakdown of events, including indoor and outdoor spaces.
Requirements
  • Previous serving experience is preferred, but not required.
