Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Adjunct Instructor to teach Computer Maintenance Technology courses at Lee College. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, assessing student learning, and contributing to the development of the Computer Maintenance Technology program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach freshman and sophomore-level Computer Maintenance Technology courses, including lectures, labs, and online courses.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, assessments, and evaluations to meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Maintain accurate student records, submit required reports, and provide counsel/guidance to students as needed.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and program assessment to ensure the quality and relevance of the Computer Maintenance Technology program.
  • Stay current with industry developments, technologies, and best practices in Computer Maintenance Technology.
Requirements
  • Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of non-teaching work experience in the Computer Maintenance Technology industry.
  • CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent.
  • Prior online teaching experience and certification preferred.
  • Blackboard Learning Management System experience preferred.
