The RoleWe are seeking highly skilled Nurse Practitioners with a passion for obesity medicine to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will provide longitudinal telehealth care to patients with obesity, collaborating with physicians and registered dietitians to deliver exceptional team-based care.
Responsibilities- Provide evidence-based lifestyle counseling and pharmacotherapy for patients with obesity
- Collaborate with physicians and registered dietitians to develop comprehensive care plans
- Conduct regular video visits and engage with patients through our proprietary mobile app
- Work closely with our care team to ensure seamless patient care
- Nurse Practitioner degree with experience practicing obesity medicine
- Licensed to practice and prescribe in at least one of the following states: TX, WA, CA, KS, IL, MA, NY, NJ
- At least 2 years of experience in obesity medicine
- Excellent interpersonal skills for patient and team interactions
- Commitment to delivering high-quality medical care and an evidence-based approach to obesity management
- Prior experience conducting telemedicine visits
