Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Geriatric Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Favorite Healthcare Staffing. As a Geriatric LPN, you will provide high-quality patient care in a nursing home setting, working closely with our dedicated team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments

Requirements:
• Active Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse License required
• Current BLS Certification required
• At least 6 months of recent Geriatric RN/LPN experience in a nursing home setting
