Position Summary

The Assembly Technician is responsible for preparing air handler units for assembly, working on the shop floor, building plenums, grids, and feeder components such as fans and filter racks. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Position Responsibilities

* Cleaning air handler and grids

* Installing filters

* Basic assembly duties

* May operate a screw gun

* Installs wall panels, doors, and internal parts

* Finish caulking work

* Helps install wall panels, doors, internal parts, and install fans and filter racks

Position Qualifications

Requirements:

* Work independently and with others

* Stand for prolonged periods on a concrete floor

* Lift 25lbs

* Average manual dexterity

* Climb ladders

* Work in high areas

* Speak, read, and write English

Education and Skills

* High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
