The Sales Counter Associate plays a vital role in the daily operations of the store, which includes:

  • Providing high levels of customer service with a working knowledge of automotive systems;
  • Learning to perform various shop functions as required;
  • Conducting physical inventories and stock counts;
  • Stocking shelves and fulfilling customer orders.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred;
  • Submission of a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report prior to hiring;
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening;
  • ASE Certification is preferred but not mandatory at the time of hiring;
  • Adherence to all company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook.
WORK SCHEDULE:

Candidates must be flexible to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends, to ensure quality service while contributing to the growth and profitability of the business.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

The physical requirements for this position include frequent standing, walking, sitting, and the ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds. The role may also involve exposure to various environmental conditions. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
