  • Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license in the state of residence.
  • No Experience Necessary: No prior experience is required, but skills such as effective communication and problem-solving are beneficial.
  • Vehicle Requirements: Vehicles must be registered, have minimum State insurance, and comply with UPS appearance guidelines.
