Nurse Care Specialist

Cambridge HS is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents. Your primary duties will include assessing and developing resident care plans, ensuring that all nursing care is provided in a private and respectful manner, and performing vital signs, dressing wounds, and administering medications. You will also be responsible for assisting with admissions, making rounds with physicians, and starting IVs. Additionally, you will be expected to listen to residents and their families, address their questions and concerns, and provide accurate and detailed charting of resident progress notes. You will work closely with our LVNs and CNAs to ensure that all residents receive the best possible care. If you are a motivated and compassionate individual with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity. Requirements include a nursing degree from an accredited school or college, a valid RN license in good standing, and a valid CPR and BLS card. A minimum of one year of skilled nursing experience is preferred, and you must be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language.
