Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Paid Search Analyst, you will be responsible for leading client paid search strategies, monitoring performance, executing optimizations, and reporting to Client Success Managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid search campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ads, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum ROI.
• Regularly analyze and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate paid search into broader marketing initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, search engine algorithms, and digital marketing best practices.
• Manage and optimize client budgets to ensure maximum ROI.

Requirements

• 3+ years of paid search experience with emphasis on national to local search strategies.
• Proven experience managing PPC campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ads.
• Hands-on experience in managing $10k+ monthly client campaign budgets.
• Proven success with lead gen and local search campaigns.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate complex data insights to clients.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to drive business growth.
• Agency digital marketing experience and knowledge of industry tools and platforms.

Desired Experience

• Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics/GA4 experience.
• Certifications such as Google Ads or Microsoft Ads are a plus.
• Call tracking and offline conversion integrations experience.
• Ad management tools and experience with data visualization.
