ASC Nurse Administrator

We are seeking an experienced ASC Nurse Administrator to join our team at GEORGIA SURGICARE, LLC. As a key member of our operational leadership, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Ambulatory Surgery Center.

• Develop and implement clinical procedures that ensure patient safety, comfort, and quality
• Collaborate with physicians and other stakeholders to plan and execute process improvements that enhance patient care and services
• Oversee the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices
• Lead and manage a team of nursing staff to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve operational excellence
• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff on clinical procedures, patient care, and operational processes
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among departments to achieve seamless patient flow and optimal outcomes

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited School of Nursing; Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse
• CPR Certification for Health Care Providers required
• Minimum five (5) years of nursing management experience, preferably in an operating room setting
• Experience with electronic health records and practice management software
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

The salary for this position is approximately $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
