About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join The Goodman Group's team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring compliance, and providing excellent customer service to employees.

Main Duties:
  • Process new hires from the HR Applicant Tracking System.
  • Ensure garnishment calculations and compliance requirements are completed.
  • Handle employee questions and concerns regarding payroll discrepancies.
Requirements:

This position requires a strong understanding of federal and state tax jurisdiction rules affecting payroll preparation, as well as experience with multi-state payrolls. Excellent project and time management skills under critical deadlines are essential. Additionally, you should have sound judgment for planning and accomplishing goals, and be able to maintain confidentiality.

Salary Range:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $75,000, based on experience.
