Key Responsibilities

  • Lead electrical installation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Supervise and coordinate electrical installation teams, ensuring efficient and safe work practices.
  • Develop and implement electrical installation plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and electrical codes.
  • Manage and maintain electrical as-built records throughout the project.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to electrical installation teams.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in electrical system installation and large commercial projects.
  • State Journeyman's License.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results and meeting project deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
