Job Title: Full-Time Experienced Veterinary Technician

We are seeking an experienced full-time veterinary technician to join our team at Good Water Animal Hospital in Georgetown, Texas.

About the Role:

Responsibilities:
  • Intravenous catheter placement and venipuncture
  • Administering drugs (IV, SQ, Oral)
  • Assisting with radiographic procedures
  • Performing diagnostic blood, urine, and fecal testing
  • Providing care to hospitalized patients
  • Managing patient invoices
  • Client communication and education
  • Admitting and discharging patients
Requirements:
  • Previous veterinary practice experience is required
  • A positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with a team
  • Dependability and reliability
  • Completion of a two-year or four-year American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) accredited veterinary technology program from a community college, college, or university is preferred
