Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Naval Architect to join our team at INTECSEA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic assistance in complex projects and settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Manage the work of several supervisors, team leaders, or project managers to ensure the technical and commercial performance of large or complex projects.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide recognized technical expertise and involvement to increase the credibility of our approach in complex projects.
  • Team Management: Manage teams in unusual settings or in demanding situations, developing and implementing programs to upgrade performance levels.
  • Mentorship: Systematically serve as a mentor or coach to all staff levels to enable their professional goals and make decisions and recommendations that are recognized as authoritative.
  • Recruitment and Training: Demonstrate involvement in recruitment and/or training to meet resource requirements and innovate and create in leadership situations.
Requirements
