Job Description

Partners for Rural Impact (PRI) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Coordinator to join our team in West Sabine, Texas. The successful candidate will work closely with school and grant staff, as well as volunteers, to create a welcoming and safe school climate for students, staff, and families.

The Site Coordinator will be responsible for collecting and reporting data, designing community service opportunities, supporting student voice and leadership teams, and using project management skills to enhance the STOP-V initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, community engagement, and program management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, select, train, and evaluate volunteers
  • Work closely with school and grant personnel to ensure stakeholders are informed of grant activities and services
  • Ensure all school program objectives and requirements are met
  • Assess the needs of students, families, and school, and evaluate the impact of services provided
  • Monitor, mentor, and support volunteers
  • Collect and report data
  • Assist Project Directors with reports
  • Support the community action planning process
  • Select evidence-based programs to improve school climate and safety

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of experience, training, and education
  • Minimum of two years' relevant experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with a variety of stakeholders
  • Ability to coordinate a multi-faceted program
