Key Responsibilities

The Grocery Store Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Team Leader in all aspects of daily operations, including profitability, expense control, buying, merchandising, labor, regulatory compliance, and special projects as assigned.

You will lead and develop Team Members, working closely with the Team Leader to achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets. You will develop and maintain creative store layout and product merchandising, and assist in analysis of sales, reports, and labor.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to foster a positive environment of outstanding teamwork, mutual respect, and exceptional morale, while consistently communicating and modeling WFM vision and goals.
