We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Custodian (Weekend Shift) to join our team at the Maricopa Community Colleges. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our campuses. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in keeping the campus clean and safe by performing routine and special cleaning of facilities and buildings.
- Support campus events and rentals by setting up and breaking down equipment and supplies.
- Operate various cleaning equipment such as buffers, auto-scrubbers, and burnishers to maintain high-quality cleaning standards.
- Ensure all areas of the campus are clean, sanitary, and in orderly condition.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Work Environment
The work environment is primarily indoor with moderate exposure to hazardous materials such as chemicals, fumes, odors, poor ventilation, gasses, blood, or other body fluids. Some outdoor work may occur, exposing you to various weather conditions.
