  • Supervision of production and infusion technique development and validation
  • Application of lean manufacturing principles within the culinary environment
  • Support in the formulation and analysis of key manufacturing metrics

  • Active participation in the sales and operations workflow
  • Assistance with the introduction of new products
  • Development, publication, and execution of the infusion production timetable
  • Availability for external sales training and educational resource creation
  • Drafting, reviewing, and approving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Staff training and professional development
  • Monitoring and reporting on supply inventory
  • Reporting maintenance concerns and troubleshooting minor equipment issues
  • Upholding a compliant and sanitary workspace

  • Support in the formulation and analysis of key manufacturing metrics

**Qualifications:**

  • High School Diploma / GED or higher
  • A minimum of one year of relevant cannabis industry experience
  • Ability to maintain clean, sanitary, and organized workspaces
  • Self-motivated with strong multitasking abilities
  • Effective and persuasive communication skills, striving for clarity and simplicity
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual labor tasks associated with cultivation management
  • In-depth knowledge of the cannabis sector and harvesting processes
  • Proven leadership experience, particularly in managing large teams
  • Exceptional attention to detail

**Regulatory Requirements:**

  • Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age
  • Consent to a criminal background check as mandated by the company and/or relevant health services
  • Successful completion of the criminal background check is a condition of employment
  • Possession of a valid state-issued identification
