Autism Support Specialist

About the Role:
The Autism Society of North Carolina is seeking a Part-Time Direct Support Professional to provide support and care to individuals with autism in Greenville and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support, supervision, and instruction in home, community, and/or program settings.
- Implement goal-driven activities identified on the person's care plan.
- Support and encourage individuals to learn and practice meaningful skills.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of the individuals.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and registration (for services requiring transportation).
- 18 years or older.
- Criminal background check.
- Driving record check.
