Join Our Team as a Dull Time RN

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at ChristianaCare HomeHealth. As a Dull Time RN, you will provide high-quality care to geriatric patients in the community, working day shift hours with occasional weekend and holiday coverage.

About the Role:

  • Deliver skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to patients in their homes.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their caregivers to promote independence and well-being.

Requirements:

  • Current RN license in Delaware or compact state
  • 1 year of RN experience, with previous Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical experience preferred
  • IV proficiency or willingness to train
