Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Program and Project Manager to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a defense mission professional, you will be responsible for managing complex projects and programs for the United States Marine Corps' logistics information technology mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage engineering projects and programs for the USMC logistics information technology mission
  • Identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes associated with the USMC logistics mission
  • Support the engineering competency for a major USMC program
  • Develop and implement solutions to complex problems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in program or project management
  • Experience working in DoD acquisition environments
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, Engineering, CS, or Information Systems
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting engineering projects
  • Experience developing products using Microsoft Office tools, including Project, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Ability to work with both technical and non-technical audiences, including client delivery
  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail, develop quality work products, and conduct continuous learning development

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137, annualized USD.

The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
