Primary Responsibilities:

  • Creating production-related documentation as instructed by the Project Manager
  • Working alongside design teams to formulate innovative approaches
  • Evaluating and providing insights on design drawings and specifications
  • Supporting prototype development for design validation purposes
  • Generating shop drawings and sourcing materials as required
  • Reviewing and organizing production documentation
  • Addressing discrepancies in documents and managing changes
  • Assisting with the maintenance of project files and traveler documentation
  • Ensuring adherence to procedures, document control, and purchase orders
  • Updating project schedules and compiling final documentation packages
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
