We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at Select Physical Therapy in East Granby, Connecticut. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating, treating, and directing treatment for patients with a diverse range of conditions, including sports medicine, general orthopedics, vestibular rehabilitation, and industrial rehabilitation.
Responsibilities- Evaluate patients to determine the need for physical therapy and develop individualized treatment plans to achieve their specific goals.
- Treat patients using a variety of techniques, including manual therapy, exercise, and modalities, to improve their function and quality of life.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and optimal outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of physical therapy.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy.
- Valid State Physical Therapy License/Registration required to start.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week with occasional late or early shifts to accommodate patients.
- Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required.
