Job Title: Case ManagerJob Summary:

The Taylor Law Firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Case Manager to join our team. As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing cases from start to finish, ensuring clients are compliant with treatment, and maintaining accurate and organized case files.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee cases from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
  • Responsible for retrieving medical records and bills, and ensuring clients are compliant with treatment.
  • Persistent investigative skills to gather and analyze case facts.
  • Strong ability to maintain and organize case files, both physical and electronic.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with witnesses, clients, colleagues, and partners.
  • Strong eye for detail to ensure accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Works well as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Provide administrative support to lawyers and enhance office effectiveness.
  • Handle communication with clients, witnesses, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure clients are aware of their case status at all times and ensure cases are being properly managed.
  • Expected to analyze case facts and suggest case rejection if warranted.
  • Draft legal documents and correspondence.
  • Facilitate the meeting of deadlines by keeping multiple agendas and providing timely reminders.
  • Coordinating all aspects of cases through pre-litigation.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience case managing in a Georgia personal injury law firm.
  • Excellent work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
