Job Summary

Riceland Foods is seeking a highly skilled Sorter Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our rice sorting process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance on sorting equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Monitor and adjust sorting machinery to meet quality standards
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues with the sorting process
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; one year certificate from college or technical school preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
