Job Description

A Maintenance Technician is responsible for the following duties:

  • Preventative Maintenance: Plan, execute, and oversee preventative maintenance on production equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance.

  • Maintenance Documentation: Document maintenance activities, including details, for precise tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Facility Upkeep: Maintain the premises, including yard maintenance and snow removal, to ensure a safe and clean environment.
  • Safe Equipment Operation: Operate equipment safely in compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must be proficient in hydraulics, air systems, pneumatic controls, electrical systems, welding, and mechanical understanding. Strong organizational skills, effective communication, and ability to excel in a team environment are also essential.
