Residential Waste Collection Specialist

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Waste Collection Specialist to join our team at Waste Management, Inc. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Operate heavy-duty trucks in a safe and efficient manner to collect residential household waste or recyclable material.
• Transport collected materials to a disposal, transfer, or recycle facility when the truck reaches its legal load capacity.
• Safely maneuver vehicles in residential environments, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.

**What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

**Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A valid CDL driver's license with an air brake endorsement.
• At least 2 years of experience operating heavy-duty trucks in a residential setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
